One Time Visit Only
We offer a one-time visit for children who need to see a physician just one time.
Services include: well child visit, sports physical, vision screening, and physician-signed health statement.
One time fee of $150
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
No. With our membership being uniquely all-inclusive, we do not bill insurance.
Do you offer vaccines?
Yes, we do. Vaccines are included within your membership dues. You may receive a bill from an outside vendor but that cost will be covered by us.
Do I need insurance?
Yes! This membership is not a substitution for your health insurance. We strongly recommend our members to have insurance coverage for anything unexpected.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.
