Pay-Per-Visit Only
We offer a fee-for-service rate for non-member children
who need to see a physician for a well or sick visit.
Well Child Visit
Services include:

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take insurance?
No. With our membership being uniquely all-inclusive, we do not bill insurance.
Do you offer vaccines?
Depending on your membership, vaccines are included within your dues. You may receive a bill from an outside vendor but that cost will be covered by us.
Do I need insurance?
Yes! This membership is not a substitution for your health insurance. We strongly recommend our members to have insurance coverage for anything unexpected.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes, your membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.
